Scotland's Forumla Regulations still stand - for now.
The Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula Regulations 2007 have been suspended in England and Northern Ireland, following a legal challenge by the Infant and Dietetic Food Association (IDFA) - the baby food companies.
However, in Scotland the Regulations have not been suspended, though there will also be a review of whether the government acted correctly in introducing them.
